Forza Modding Automation Playbook

A Forza Horizon 6 modding workspace your AI agent operates: 99 rules, 11 plays and a bundled command-line tool, with every claim graded by its evidence.

Purchase

Unzip it, point your agent at AGENTS.md, and ask in plain words: inspect a car, author a wheel, patch a texture, find out why a car will not load. The agent matches the request to one play, states up front whether that route is READY, PARTIAL or EXTERNAL, calls the bundled forzabin.exe, and ends at a gate that reports counts. If a gate fails, it stops and tells you the number it needed. Measured on Windows x64 against Forza Horizon 6; earlier titles are unverified. The playbook is licensed per seat, to one person or one company; the bundled forzabin.exe is MIT-licensed.

A workspace your agent operates, not a book you read. It holds 99 numbered rules in 12 stages (R1–R99), cited by ID whenever the agent makes a judgement call, and 11 plays, one per intent, each ending in a gate that produces counts rather than a verdict. Around them: four byte-level references, including a 527-wheel material census; three long-form guides for a human reader; an appendix of open questions, each labelled with whether it blocks a route; and 22 retired beliefs — routes that looked like walls and were not.

Every claim is graded with one of four words, used the same way throughout: measured — read out of shipped game bytes; byte-verified — a parse-then-write round trip reproduced shipped files byte for byte; confirmed in game — the game loaded it and rendered the expected result; unresolved — an open question, with a note on whether it blocks you. A successful file write is never reported as a working mod.

The bundled tool/forzabin.exe is a self-contained Windows x64 command-line tool — no install, no .NET runtime — with 28 verbs, 27 of them also exposed to agents over MCP. The download does not include the game, Blender, ForzaTech Studio, ForzaCryptoTool or community importers, and it contains no game assets and no game code.

Forza Modding Automation Playbook cover: a car rendered half in paint, half in wireframe
Routes at 1.0.0, with the status the agent states before it starts. Eleven routes, twelve rows: geometry swap is split because a wheel is finished and a car part is not. EXTERNAL means the playbook gives the exact route and its traps, and the agent will not run it without your per-step confirmation.

Releases

  • v1.0.02026-09-11 · 1 files · 33 MB

First release. - AGENTS.md entry point: required inputs, safety rails, confidence vocabulary, intent router, gap table, report shape. - 99 rules in 12 stages (R1–R99), loaded on demand and cited by ID. - 11 plays, one per intent, each ending in a gate that produces counts. - 4 references: container formats, modelbin/swatchbin internals, the 527-wheel material census, the command surface. - 3 long-form guides; open questions labelled by whether they block; 22 retired beliefs. - forzabin 1.0.0 bundled (MIT): 28 verbs, 27 over MCP. New: material resolve, carbin scene, modelbin uv-density, modelbin normalize-paint-uv. Fixed: to-obj / to-fbx now apply TexCoordTransforms (--raw-uvs opts out). - forzabin --version prints the release version and the upstream engine revision it was built from; --version --json gives the same machine-readably. - Known gaps: no zip extract; no carbin part registration; fitment and saves are EXTERNAL; physics write is lossy on FH6 and exits 3.
