First release. - AGENTS.md entry point: required inputs, safety rails, confidence vocabulary, intent router, gap table, report shape. - 99 rules in 12 stages (R1–R99), loaded on demand and cited by ID. - 11 plays, one per intent, each ending in a gate that produces counts. - 4 references: container formats, modelbin/swatchbin internals, the 527-wheel material census, the command surface. - 3 long-form guides; open questions labelled by whether they block; 22 retired beliefs. - forzabin 1.0.0 bundled (MIT): 28 verbs, 27 over MCP. New: material resolve, carbin scene, modelbin uv-density, modelbin normalize-paint-uv. Fixed: to-obj / to-fbx now apply TexCoordTransforms (--raw-uvs opts out). - forzabin --version prints the release version and the upstream engine revision it was built from; --version --json gives the same machine-readably. - Known gaps: no zip extract; no carbin part registration; fitment and saves are EXTERNAL; physics write is lossy on FH6 and exits 3.
